Popular classify hosting use Rapidshare ( http://www.rapidshare.com ) has been slapped with a $33.4 million fine by a German court and ordered to take stricter regulations as a service to its uploaded content, according to a variety of reports.

The lawsuit was brought by German royalties gatherer GEMA, who called on the Regional Court in Hamburg to organization the case hosting overhaul to cut off it from hosting 5,000 music tracks on its site for download.

GEMA released a report in German addressing the court’s ruling:

“The judgment states that the hosting service itself is in this day executive for making trustworthy that no one of the music tracks worried are distributed via its rostrum in the future. This means that the copyright holder is no longer required to perform the interminable and complex checks.”

The court concluded that Rapidshare and other similar row sharing sites had not charmed the expected measures to impede copyright disobedience from occurring via the service

ditto to what everyone else is saying: this is darling!
just a note though: donkeys’ tails are more like lions’ than horses’ so wouldn’t it be better to do a chain of say, 6 sts in the grey/blue, and add a much shorter tassel to the end in black? more donkey-like at anyrate.

I love your donkey pattern and use it when I make my nativity sets because it is just so perfect! I’m just wondering if you think you might be able to write a camel pattern? It seems impossible to find and I fail miserably at writing patterns
